Returns, Refunds, Cancellation and Shipping Policy

All sales are final, cancellations prior to your order being processed are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable with shipping being calculated based on weight, destination, and the size of the package. It is calculated once your part is made and ready to be shipped. If you would like to obtain a shipping quote, please email us at: admin@moonlightrunners.com prior to placing your order.

We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at admin@moonlightrunners.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unmounted and unused.
